What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, no exceptions.
What items are excluded from returns?
Accessories (e.g. earrings, necklaces), hair accessories, hats, intimates, stockings, phone accessories and items marked as "FINAL SALE".
How do I submit a return?
Please email INFO@SHOPALAZAN.com with order # and contact information for return instructions and confirmation.
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange items from my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges. Instead, simply return it for Store Credit and you can order an alternative size or product separately.
